This weekend will be in Belgrade at the Fourth International Week of Architecture – BINA 2009 held a conference about the REdefining Post-WWII Housing. Conference will gather leading scholars from European universities and heritage institutes to present their answers to the acute question of valorization and further treatment of the rapidly dilapidating post-WWII housing conglomerations. more…

Folkart Narlıdere, the most luxurious housing project in Turkey, which sits on a 70,000-square-meter area in İzmir’s Narlıdere district was completed in December 2008. In the Project designed by Emre Arolat Architects, topographic situation of the site was interpreted with the search of urban characteristics such as, existing structural pattern, transportation, density and the sociological balances of the region. more…

With exhibition space of more than 14,000 square meters and a full range of modern visitor amenities, the New Acropolis Museum has opened for public on Saturday June 20, 2009. Located in the historic area of Makryianni, the Museum stands some 300 meters southeast of the Parthenon. The top floor (Parthenon Gallery) offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the Acropolis and modern Athens. more…

Plavo pozorište will represent their performance Dancing with Father on 29th June, theatrical experiment Bizarre Coincidence on 4th July and from July 20 – August 1 realize its international educational program Two Open Weeks.
Plavo pozorište is a theatre laboratory founded in 1995 in Belgrade. Plavo pozorište is a contemporary theatre, we are the group of people who, cherishing a seed of anarchism in ourselves, use theatre as the place which has credibility and in which some serious things about the world that surrounds us could be said.

Library Grosuplje
The reason once happily married couples split is often a younger woman. We might add, however, that it’s becoming increasingly common for women to fall for a younger man. Maybe we do this to recall some long forgotten beauty from the past; maybe just to look for once familiar spaces that have now become full with precious memories; or maybe just to treat our eyes.

The Ana Monro Theatre is representing their 12th Ana Desetnica street festival. Ana Monro Theatre was founded in 1982 and during the 80s and the 90s it was the only organization in Slovenia practicing street theatre in all its glory. Street theatre in Slovenia first took off when the Ljubljana Ana Monro Theatre met the Maribor National House.
